Water is an essential part of our bodies and lives. Our
bodies are made up of 60% water. How much water should a person consume per day,
it depends on several factors like climate, person’s weight and height etc.Most
often it is recommended that a person should take at least eight or nine glass
of water per day, but it’s not the exact formula. Eight glasses is the minimum
intake a person should have, if you have any de hydration problem or it is suggested
by your doctor as necessary to have more water in a day then you must follow
that rule.
And one should never run out of water, for this reason
- Keep any water portable bottle with you to stay hydrated.
- Drink something in the morning when you get up in the morning.
- Drink water every 15 minutes during exercise.
- Eat fruits and vegetables which contain water, water melons contain 90% water.
